Steve Carlson Hockey Pro Shop Return Policy

Steve Carlson Hockey accepts no returns except for defective merchandise. Defective items may be returned if they are received back by Steve Carlson Hockey within 30 days of shipment, and if they are returned in their unopened, original packaging. Defective products will be replaced for the same product after the defect has been verified. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days of shipment.

Refusing a Shipment

If you refuse a shipment for any reason, or if your package is returned as unclaimed or non deliverable, you will not be refunded for your original shipping charges and your return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please make your product selections carefully.

Shipping Charges on Returns

If you return a defective item you may be reimbursed for return shipping charges up to the amount that was originally applied to your order. Please write "refund return shipping" on your invoice. We are sorry, but we are unable to process exchanges for other items. Unless the returned product is defective, you will be responsible for return shipping, and will not be refunded for the original shipping charges.

Defective Products

When you return a defective product, please include a detailed description of the defect. Defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for another item. If the product is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you, and you will owe the return shipping on it.

Instructions for Returns

If a return is permitted pursuant to the policies set forth above, request a Defective Merchandise Return Form from returns@stevecarlsonhockey.com. Items returned without a completed Defective Merchandise Return Form cannot be processed for return, and will be returned to you at your cost. Send the product and the completed Defective Merchandise Return Form in packaging addressed to:

We recommend that you use insured parcel post when returning products to us. You will not be reimbursed for the insurance amount. If an item is returned to us that does not fall within the policies set forth above, we will contact you to make arrangements for the item to be returned back to you at your cost.
